Q:   Do you accept my insurance plan?

A:   We currently accept more than 100 different insurance policies, every insurance policy is different, please   call our office and we will contact your insurance company on your behalf to inquire on your specific coverage.  We will relay this information to your prior to your first visit.

Q:   When is payment for services expected?

A:   We ask that you pay at the time of your visit. If you have dental insurance, we ask that you pay your estimated co-pay at the time of service and we will bill your insurance company for their estimated portion.

Q:  What payment options do you provide?

A:   We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We offer private financing through Care Credit which has no interest finance plans ranging from 3 months to 12 months.  They offer longer term plans with a low interest rate.

Discover/Novus  Mastercard  Visa  American Express

Q:  Do you accept new patients and referrals?

A:   We gladly accept new patients and the referral of their family and friends.  This is the greatest compliment we can receive.

Q:   How do  you handle dental emergencies?

A:   We see all dental emergencies the same day.  We will be happy to help you in any way we can.  Our primary function is to serve you and your friends.

Q:   Which toothbrush do you recommend?

A:    We recommend the "Oral B Braun" electric toothbrush model 7400.  Numerous studies have shown this toothbrush removes two times more plaque than manual brushing.

Q:   Which toothpaste do you recommend?

A:   There are several good ones on the market, however my favorite is made by Sensodyne and called "Pronamel".  It has two very beneficial components.  First, it has a great desensitizing agent.  The second component is ACP which is a remineralizing factor used to halt tooth decay.

Q:   How often should I brush and floss?

A:   We recommend brushing your teeth at least twice a day especially when you wake up and the acid content in your mouth is high.  This high acid causes bad breath and tooth decay.  Daily flossing is the best way to clean under the gum line and between your teeth.  This should be done daily.

Q:   How safe is teeth whitening?

A:   If you are a candidate for teeth whitening, we use Opalescence teeth whitening.  Opalescence has a neutral PH solution that will not hurt teeth.  It has safely been used for 15 or more years with a custom made whitening tray.  We evaluate and carefully monitor each situation and we will advise you accordingly.
